Our Story

A sports bar that takes its craft seriously — without taking itself too seriously.

The Avenue Sports Bar was built on a simple idea: you shouldn't have to choose between a great game and a great drink. Located on San Diego's vibrant University Avenue, we've created a space where the craft cocktail crowd and the game-day regulars all find their seat.

Our bartenders know the difference between a good pour and a great one. Our kitchen turns out bar food that actually deserves to be called food. And our screens? They're big, they're clear, and they're positioned so nobody misses a single play.
